Changing format

I had a bunch of people look at the site and decided to make some format changes. I also discovered that the site wasn't working so well with Internet Explorer.

The other thing I did was change from using CSS and Erb to SASS and HAML for the style sheets and views. It was a pain in the neck, but hopefully it will pay off in the long run for better maintainability.
